The Hazard

The float chamber may not have been installed correctly on the carburettor body which can lead to fuel leaking during operation or storage.

If fuel leaks and there is an ignition source nearby, it could lead to a fire.

What to do

Call any authorised Honda Power Products dealer and make an appointment to have the Float Chamber inspected and replaced if necessary.

To locate a service dealer, please visit: www.hondapowerequipment.co.nz and select “Find a Dealer”

For more information or specific questions, please contact your Honda dealer or the Honda Power Equipment Service Department.

If you have on sold your Honda Lawn mower, please advise Honda Power Equipment of the details of the new owner, such that they can make contact with them and offer them the inspection/repair on that unit.
