The battery in the parent unit of the baby monitor can overheat while plugged in.

If the battery overheats, it could pose a fire hazard.

What to do

Stop using your baby monitor and contact the Philips Consumer Care team for a refund or replacement.

If your baby monitor is not affected (outside the serial number range), you can continue to safely use it.
