The Hazard

Children may remove the twist top lid and place the batteries in their mouths, causing a choking and ingestion hazard.

What to do

Customers should immediately stop using the original spy marker pen and return it to Smiggle for a refund or exchange.

Sold at smiggle stores and online at smiggle.com.au from 1 April 2014 until 4 September 2015.

The Problem

The button cell batteries in the original spy marker pen are secured with a twist top lid, which may become loose and release the batteries.
