The Hazard

Volvo Cars have identified that in very rare cases the plastic engine intake manifold might melt and deform due to an unexpected amount of soot. If this happens it may render one or more of the following symptoms: Unusual engine operation, Engine Malfunction Indication Lamp might be lit, Engine interruption, Lack of power

What to do

If owners notice any unusual engine operation, such as the engine management light being lit, engine interruption or lack of power, please contact your local Volvo retailer. Once parts become available, This recall will be divided into six unique recalls depending on which type of remedy needed (Engine Dependant)
