What to do...
Stop using the product or vehicles that have been fitted with the product and contact the point of purchase: Where the product has been fitted onto a vehicle, owners should have the disc brake rotor(s) replaced by a qualified mechanic. The cost of the replacement of the product (brake disc rotor(s), consumables & labour) will be refunded to the mechanic via a warranty claim from Protex / IBS reseller. Affected products that have not been fitted to vehicles may be returned to the point of purchase for a refund. For more information contact AAD.
